Meet Kevin

I grew up in Chicago and attended college at the University of Iowa. After graduation, I moved to San Francisco where I lived for 5 years before relocating to Portland in 2006. Since then, I've fallen in love with this vibrant and livable city.

Leveraging my extensive career in retail management, my goal is to help you sell or buy a home you'll love as much as I love mine. As your broker, you can expect timely communication, active listening, and excellent negotiation skills. I strive to make complex transactions simple and am forward-thinking in my use of technology to best assist my clients. I am hard-working and deliver on my promises. My calm demeanor puts people at ease, and my goal is to make every transaction as enjoyable as possible. I pride myself on the great relationships I make with my clients, many of whom remain friends long after the transaction is over.

I'm proud to have earned a great reputation in the industry as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and winner of the International President's Circle Award (top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide). Last year, I closed over 49 transactions, with 70% of those transactions representing sellers. I also have extensive expertise in New Construction, allowing me to provide valuable insights to clients looking to buy or sell newly built homes.

I also have extensive knowledge in interior design, which comes in handy when working with sellers. I use my professional eye and design skills to help you prep your home to appeal to more buyers and get top dollar. As a homebuyer and seller myself, I understand how complex transactions can be, especially with cross-country moves.
